The View popup menu has the following items:

Each menu item can be directly executed by pressing the corresponding key. The PgDn and PgUp keys can also be used to page forward and backward. A complete key list is on the Keyboard Shortcuts page.
“Hide Matching Areas”, “Line Numbers”, “Show Inline Differences” and “Unconverted View” are display toggles — a checkmark shows the current state. “Unconverted View” reloads the comparison with the converter pipeline switched off, so the original (usually binary) files are compared instead of their converted text.
“Adjust Columns” resizes the columns of a directory display listing once so that no text is truncated. If you double-click on the column separator, the size of the column on the left side of the separator is adjusted to the optimal size.
“Auto-Adjust Columns” (checked by default) keeps doing this automatically: the column widths follow the currently visible page, shrinking and growing as you scroll through the directory listing. With the option off, columns only grow when longer text appears and keep that width until an explicit “Adjust Columns”. Columns whose width you have dragged manually are left untouched in both modes.
