We want you to buy Diffoniq with confidence. The full Software can be evaluated free of charge for 30 days before any purchase — and if you buy and it still turns out not to fit, we offer a simple money-back guarantee.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date — no questionnaire, no hoops.

To request a refund, either:

• reply to your order or license e-mail, or write to chris@csitte.com, stating your order reference, or
• contact Paddle, our merchant of record, directly via the receipt e-mail they sent you.

Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your payment provider.

What a refund means

• Your license is cancelled: please stop using the Software and delete the license file. (Diffoniq has no remote kill switch — we rely on your fairness here, the same way the license itself works.)
• A refunded order does not qualify for future upgrade offers or free upgrade claims.
• You are welcome to keep using the 30-day Evaluation Version within its evaluation period.

Statutory rights

This guarantee is voluntary and sits on top of your legal rights. Your statutory rights — including the statutory withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and statutory warranty rights — remain unaffected.
