WDiff32 (1993–2013) — the predecessor of Diffoniq

WDiff32 compared two text files, directories or archives side by side on Windows. It was sold from 1993 to 2026; the last release is 1.59 (November 2013). In October 2026 it was succeeded by Diffoniq 2.0, a 64-bit rewrite with the same two-pane idea and a much larger archive and folder engine.

No licences are sold for WDiff32 any more. Existing registrations remain valid for 1.x, and every registered WDiff32 user can claim a free Diffoniq 2.x licence: diffoniq.com/upgrade/.

WDiff32 1.59 evaluation version, 32-bit, runs on 32-bit and 64-bit Windows. It is kept here for systems that cannot run Diffoniq (32-bit Windows). No updates, no support.
